Our story – bridging the gaps

Long before we thought of starting Asimov Booster we occasionally supported some of our portfolio and partner companies on fundraising and business development issues. In last two years there were more and more companies from Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia knocking on the door of Asimov Capital and asking for advise on starting operations in Berlin.

On the other side, we knew too well how difficult it could be for a startup from Eastern Europe to “land” in Berlin – and that means not only opening an office, but building team, finding clients, raising money.

Being “at home” in Berlin since mid-90s we decided to bridge the gap for Russian speaking startups into one of largest and most dynamic startup eco-systems in Europe.
